Richard W. Brant, MD

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Round Table Corporation

Rich has maintained oversight responsibility for the start-up, global management and disposition matters intrinsic to the three divisions of Round Table Corporation (RTC) since 2001. These duties include guiding the overall master planning and development of RTC’s real estate development projects, the executive management of investment properties held in RTC’s client or institutional property portfolio and the evaluation of new investment and development opportunities.

Rich is also a partner in DCL Properties, LLC, a development company that specializes in residential neighborhoods and resort properties in the Deep Creek Lake area of Western Maryland. Rich also serves as a director of Transtech Holdings, Inc., an aviation services and airport management company.

Rich is originally from Morgantown, WV and received his Doctor of Medicine degree from West Virginia University in 2000 with post-graduate internship training in Pediatrics. He and his wife live in Morgantown with their children.

Susan M. Riddle

Vice-Chairman and Chief Operating Officer

Round Table Corporation

Susan joined Round Table Corporation (RTC) in 2003 and has maintained the responsibility for daily operations of the company and it’s subsidiaries since that time.

Prior to joining RTC, Susan was the Director of Growth & Development, West Virginia’s Long Term Care Specialist, and operated her own practice with Northwestern Mutual network. This career milestone was preceded by a long and successful fourteen years as a manager in the health care industry.

Susan received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from West Virginia University’s College of Business and Economics. She and her husband reside in Morgantown with their children.

President

Round Table Development

Kevin joined Round Table Development as President in January 2007.  Kevin has over twenty years experience in the real estate industry cover nearly every discipline in property and facilities management, brokerage, commercial, retail and residential development and construction management.

Prior to joining RTD Kevin was Vice President of Development with National Development Company of PA.  In his role as VP Kevin oversaw all development activities including design, financing, permitting and construction.  For the past four years his focus has been on student housing.  During that time he was responsible for the development of over 3,000 student housing beds representing over $122M in project costs.  He was one of the pioneers working on private/public student housing projects in the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education and is considered an expert by many in the field.

Prior to NDC Kevin was Vice President of Asset Management for Giant Eagle, Inc.  In his role with Giant Eagle Kevin oversaw all of the property and facilities management activities for its 20 million square foot holdings representing office, retail and warehouse locations.  In addition he was very involved in the development of new sites and expansions of existing sites.  He was on the executive real estate committee that oversaw the expansion of the chain in to the Cleveland, Toledo and Columbus markets and was solely responsible for asset evaluation of all acquisitions.

Kevin earned his undergraduate degree from Thiel College in Greenville, Pennsylvania. In addition, he holds the prestigious Certified Property Management designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Kevin is also a member of the adjunct faculty of LaRoche College in McCandless, Pennsylvania teaching various real estate development and management courses. Kevin holds a real estate salespersons license in Pennsylvania.

 

History

Founded in 2001, the structure of Round Table Development is based upon the Arthurian legend of the Middle Ages after noting the shared values, ideals, and objectives between the Company and the Arthurian stories. The name of the organization symbolizes our commitment to the assembly of a management team that consists of the strongest, the most intelligent, and the hardest working leaders that are as committed to maintaining their integrity and values as they are committed to the success of the Company. Today, our Company and its subsidiaries are committed to achieving the same high standard of excellence in every project or venture in which we engage. With the assistance of our partners and employees, this goal can and will be attained.
